Who says Pro's only use top end equipment? It's a popular misconception, but the old axiom has never been truer than it is today... "It's the photographer behind the camer." A good photographer can take a great photo with any of today's DSLR digital cameras as shown by PRO photographer Joe Farace who uses a Canon 50D, Canon Rebel XTi, and Canon Rebel XT for his Glamour Photography.

Nikon D7000 and Sigma 70-200mm f2.8 APO EX DG OS - Spitfire on a Stick

A slideshow of photos shot with the new Sigma 70-200mm f2.8 APO EX DG OS on the Nikon D7000. All images were shot in RAW and processed in Adobe Lightroom 3.3.

Click play on the video above to watch.

By way of an up-date... I've been shooting a fair bit with the new Sigma 70-200mm f2.8 APO EX DG OS, and I'm really liking it. Very sharp and very fast to focus. The OS (optical stabilization) is on par with Canon IS or Nikon VRII. Build quality is very good. It's a really nice lens.

Sigma 120-400mm f4.5-5.6 APO DG OS Unboxing (for my Canon 60D and 550D T2i)

Another exciting day here at Art of the Image as I get to un-box yet another new lens! Meet my new Sigma 120-400mm f4.5-5.6 APO DG OS for my Canon 60D and 550D T2i. From all reports, this lens holds it's own against the Canon L zoom and even the L telephoto primes like the 300mm, so I'm REALLY excited to try this baby out with my 60D and 550D.
