Sony NEX-5N: Winter Returns to Woodstock with a Fury

Winter returned to Woodstock today, and along with it came snow... lots of snow!

I was out and about and had my Sony NEX-5N with me, so I managed to get a few photos.  Over-all the NEX-5N performed flawlessly, and I was reminded of how much I like this powerful little camera.

My friend Peter Gregg, who lives in Miami Florida, likes to see photos of snow because they don't get any.  Well, here you go Peter!

I shot from inside the car with the window down, so I can't comment on how the Sony NEX-5N is in cold weather conditions. :-)

The railyards on the West end of Woodstock are always an interesting location for photos.

I've always like this big old house, and it looked even more rustic today with a snow cap on it.

Here's the view downtown through the windshield of my car.  Soupy is a good way to describe driving conditions.

Despite the weather, I still made it to my favourite Greek place to get the best Gyro in town!  Thanks Damien!  If you're in Woodstock, check them out on Dundas street across from Food Basics.

I always like the look of heavy machinery in photos, and the bright red colors of this guy looked interesting.

Guess I'm going to have to clear off the van after I put the Sony NEX-5N away!
