Should We Worry About Nuclear Contamination of Canon, Nikon, Sony, or Other Japanese Products?

A Viewer wrote in worried about nuclear contamination of Canon and Nikon products wondering if this was a concern.

Beyond just Canon and Nikon, there's Fuji, Sony, Panasonic, Pentax, Sigma, and many other Japanese manufacturers with product coming out of Japan.

I've wondered about this myself.
