Does Tampa Florida Senator Jim Norman Hate Photographers and Photography?



Tampa Florida Senator Jim Norman is trying to pass a bill that would make it illegal to photograph farms. Senator Norman says that cows have an expectation to privacy. Does Norman hate photographers and photography? Has he had a bad experience with a digital camera he hasn't been able to get past?
