I'm in a dilemma between the 7D and the 5DmkII. I still WANT the 5D, hell, I WANT the 1DmkIII.
But thanks for pointing out I could use the $1000 i save for some nice lenses, and of course the battery-grip, I still want a BIG camera ;)Unknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08122092329117040716noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2740825692562209509.post-1078526848672046122009-12-14T08:44:03.266-05:002009-12-14T08:44:03.266-05:00Thank you for your nice article. By buying a D90 and its replacement in the next and next generations, you will probably end up with a camera that will be close to the D700 of today. This being said, the D700 replacements will probably be as good as a D3s by then. So, you clearly get what you pay for (even if the little bits of extra that you get with the FF are quite expensive). I do own a D90 and I am thinking of "upgrading" to a D700 (D800 actually), because I am mainly a street photographer who can't control the lighting (I also actually suffer from the crop factor since I rarely use long focals). This being said, I an afraid that the weight of the D700, and the pro lenses that go with it, will make that I will probably end up using the D90 with the 18-200 mm most of the time!

Mike DAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
